As part of the last fabricademy assignement, I had to use all the knowledge I had learnt about electronics and e-textiles to make a skin electronics piece. I decided to make a piece inspiered by African face paintings to make a mask of fading neo-pixels. The structure of the mask was made using hot glue, neopixels and spary paint. The neo-pixels were coded using an AT-tiny microcontroller. The circuit was made using copper wires and the electronics were hidden in a pocket at the back of a headsed.
